Main Tasks: > Write and create content for trainings on products, process, regulatory and behavioural sections. > Management of Various projects pertaining to the OD department and constantly following up with the stake holders for its completion. > Entire administration of activities of the OD dept. at HO and coordinating the PAN India trainers. > Providing ideas and inputs to the HOD in relation to the activities of the dept. > Designing and preparation of content for trainings on products, process, regulatory and behavioural sections. > Maintain E-learning portal and ensure updation of learning modules timely. > Support in the conduct of online assessments for the staff as per the schedules. > Ensuring the completion of scheduled trainings as per the schedule, any deviation to be identified and to be raised to the HOD. > Manage Training Management Module and reports of the departmental activities. > Analysis of the reports pertaining to employees training, assessments, training costs and relating to any activity undertaken by the dept. > Provide timely suggestions and findings based on the analysis. > To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, lectures) as required.
Main Tasks: > PMKVY Project Management – End to end management of the programme. > To Facilitate and administrate proposal development, funding activities and strategic partnerships with government agencies and external training partners. > To manage all PMKVY related activities to include: facilitating an efficient proposal production process; conducting effective project planning; coordinating training partners; researching and reviewing funding opportunities; analysing competitive positioning and risk; funding proposal editing; researching policies and regulations to ensure general procedural compliance. > Develop process and procedures to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of TPs across India. > Ensure committed numbers are absorbed by MPG.
