Vibhavana is our strategic initiative about recruiting new talent directly from premier B-schools of India with a mission to have young thinking and promising talent in our organization, and nation.
The strategic decision to recruit talent from premier B-schools directly, such as the Indian Institute of Management, Xavier School Of Management, Xavier Institute of Management to name a few, with a mission to infuse young and fresh thinking minds into Muthoot Pappachan Group. It’s a structured development journey to help prepare the young talent to take leadership roles with multiple functions. Our Accelerated Development Programme, Vibhavana began in the year 2018 and 22 young talented and bright minds from the prestigious B-Schools in India joining us in 2019 through this program.
It is nurtured by an expert panel of Muthoot Pappachan Group (Muthoot Blue) mentors. Mentors work with fresh candidates with the aim of imparting live business scenarios and projects.
The programme also involves them in CSR activities, thus aligning them with the Vision, Mission, Core Values, Culture Code and Strategic Objectives of for, Muthoot Blue.
Each new Muthoot Blue member is assigned live projects, given extensive branch training and shadows key stakeholders to understand and perform the work first hand.
