We are the first major private sector player to partner with the National Skill Development Corporation. It is our aim to support the GOI’s mission to employ and train people across sections and enable financial independence.
Under the aegis of this partnership, we are supporting the Pradhan Mantri Kausal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) by offering professional and interpersonal training to more than 10,000 youth over a period of three years. The Skill Training Certification will make the youth job-ready and we plan to absorb nearly 80% of the trainees to become part of the Muthoot Blue workforce.
