  1. Driving sales through sales managers and sales executives and achieving targets.
  2. Handling multiple products across secured and unsecured domains.
  3. Building a potent sales team and enrolling DSAs.
  4. Monitoring and supporting BTL activities to facilitate lead generation.
  5. Monitoring and controlling delinquency.

Qualifications/skills:

Education: UG/PG

Experience: Experience in Micro LAP, small/ mid ticket secured loans is mandatory.

Years of Experience: 8 to 10

Communication: English, Local language proficiency.

Well organized, team management skills, excellent communicator

Having a sense of ownership and taking pride in serving the common man.

Timely collections of dues across all buckets and reducing forward flow and NPAs.

  • Payment collection from customers as per the dues outstanding and tracking of pending payment. Visiting Client & informing them about the outstanding dues, if any. Continuous follow ups via Mail, Phone & Visit. Maintaining data of all the transaction with respect to payment collection & outstanding in Excel. Must be willing to travel & visit clients in person for payment follow-ups. Submission of Monthly /Quarterly / Half yearly invoices to customers through email and physical visits & keeping track of the same all the time. Confirmation of the invoices received from customers as per above point. Preparing ageing reports. Need to achieve monthly collection target of his customers.

  • Reduction of forward flow
  • Concentration on RB & normalization of the accounts.
  • Periodical audits in the portfolio in vendor place
  • Responsible for vendor billing, Timely payout for smooth over all operations.
