I can proudly say that this Muthoot FinCorp Limited is the best company that I have worked for in my life.

My journey with MFL began as a Branch Manager for the Nellyadi Branch. The first task assigned to me was to open a branch in the rural market and expand the business. I took the job of Inaugurating Nellyadi Branch.

Nellyadi Branch was inaugurated on 07-03-2011. Because of consistent hard work and continous efforts, the Branch did well and I was recognised for my work at both the Regional and Zonal Level. After a short span of 1.5 years, I was promoted as Area Manager – Operations taking care of Mangalore, Udupi and Chickmagalur districts.

During this tenure, the company assigned me various tasks, which challenged my abilities and skills. Nevertheless, the support was excellent. Seniors guided me and helped me to plan and implement various assignment. After a stint of 3.5 years, I was assigned to manage Sales and Marketing. Here also with motivation and timely support, I built very good Branch Teams which yielded 100% results.

I am very proud of my Branch team & Superiors, for their support, which helped me get promoted as Senior Area Manager.

My efficiency of branch operations resulted in 100% growth in business showing the effort put in all these years and the company’s focus on recognising an individual’s contribution to the overall efforts.

One of the best moments with the Company was receiving the Top Area Manager Award for SME Disbursements in Karnataka from the Chairman and Managing Director.

Now I have completed 8 years at MFL, where I was encouraged to extend my contribution to Operations, Sales, Marketing, Admiration  and HR functions which helped me gain both experience and knowledge in these fields.
