As CHRO of the Muthoot Blue Group, Tojo is responsible for creating a competitive advantage for the Group by introducing and institutionalizing contemporary HR practices and initiatives. He has over 30-years of experience, and has worked as Human Resources practitioner and consultant in India and abroad.
Prior to taking on his current position at the Group, Tojo has introduced and institutionalised the best HR best practices for several brands including Blue Star Limited as Executive Vice President-Human Resources. His other previous work experiences include President-HR & OD with Jubilant Energy, and six years as Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) for Al_Suwaidi Group in the Middle East. Other notable brands where he headed the Human Resources department were Arvind Mills in Ahmedabad and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) where he held responsibilities in the corporate office (Mumbai) as well as Head of HR for North and South Zones, based out of New Delhi and Chennai, respectively.
The several awards Tojo has received in his career, including the 100 Top HR Minds (India) at the 26th edition World HRD Congress in February 2018, are a testament to his passion and commitment towards HR processes, policies, and protocols. He is a speaker and panel member at various HR seminars and business schools, where his key focus is to bridge the gap between HR theory and practice, based on the perspectives gained by him from his experience of about 30 years. The vastly experienced Tojo is also a certified CEO-coach. Also, Recipient of the award as one of the 100 Top HR Minds (India) at the 26th edition World HRD Congress in February 2018 .
It has been brought to our notice that certain individuals are receiving fraudulent emails, phone calls, and messages, etc, about job vacancies with Muthoot FinCorp and they are also being asked to deposit money in certain bank accounts.
Please be informed that such communications and practices are completely mala fide and sent with an intent to defraud the public and bring disrepute to the goodwill of our Company. Our Company does not ever demand any fee/money against recruitment nor for the application/interview process.
