I joined MFL for a new challenging project as an Area Manager for Odisha Region. My practical approach and dedication to the project resulted in a promotion to Senior Area Manager. I was looking after 11 Branches. With the help of my colleagues and seniors backed by me expertise in Operations, helped me deliver an extraordinary performance in which resulted in another promotion as Asst. Regional Manager for Odisha and Jharkhand Regions in February 2017.  I am currently handling 39 Branches.

I am married to Ms. Swarnali Dhali and we are blessed with a baby girl of 2+ years of age.
