I am thrilled to share my experiences as part of the forward-thinking Muthoot Blue family.
I joined Muthoot FinCorp Limited as Customer Service Executive at the Monday Market Branch in 2005. I put his heart and soul to develop the branch business. My impressive performance was recognized by the RM which resulted in a promotion to Branch-in-Charge of the promoted to Eralakudi Branch. My tenure here helped me develop skills for team handling while increasing the branch’s profitability. After 2 years of hard work, I was once again promoted as Business Development Manager for the same cluster and then to Regional Manager.
