I am thrilled to share my experiences as a Muthootian!

I began my journey in 2012 with Muthoot FinCorp Ltd as Area Manager with 07 years of Banking Experience. An MBA Graduate with specialisation in Finance and Marketing, my first assignment with the company. was at Solapur for handling the Business Development for 17 Branches in  in 8 districts of Maharashtra. For two consecutive years, FY 2013- 2014 & 2014-2015, the Solapur Area achieved the highest GL growth at Pune Region.  I was transferred to  the Operations department in 2015 and was tasked with  handling 52 branches for Operations and Recovery Domain. After my resounding success with the operations responsibility, the management streamlined me for Interest Collections, Auction Recovery and Operational Efficiency of the Branches. For 2015-2016 & 2016-2017; Pune Region was Number 1 for Interest Collection Assignment with zero SP cases. Because of my good work, the management  and promoted me to Senior Area Manager level. MFL decided to restructure the roles of Area Manager so there was a shift from Operations Role to Area Manager- Business Development from November 2017.

Now I am handling 22 Branches and looking after all domains such as Sales, Operations, Hr & Admin.

I believe in using my strength and abilities to surpass expectations and deliver outstanding results.

I am  married to Swati and have a a six-year-old son..
