Details of unpaid/unclaimed amounts of Debentures remaining with the Company

As per "Investor Education and Protection Fund" (uploading of information regarding unclaimed and unpaid amounts lying with Companies) Rules 2012, the unclaimed amounts lying with Companies in case of Matured Debentures is required to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), administered by the Central Government after a period of 7 years from its maturity date. As per the said rules Companies have to identify and upload the said details on their website.

Accordingly details of the unclaimed amounts of matured debentures lying with the Company are given below. Those Debenture Holders who have not claimed the matured amounts are hereby advised to submit their particulars and claim their amounts before the same are transferred to IEPF. Once unclaimed amounts are transferred to IEPF, any claim for refund shall be submitted to the Authority constituted under section 125(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.
